When an award or recognition at a ballet competition comes with a cash prize, is it customary to give some or all of this money to the coach?

Actually, since you've posted, the board has split into two different boards (split along the lines of "viewers" and "doers"). You'll probably get more replies if you post the same question on BalletTalk for Dancers.
