I'm interested in learning about Canfield's Equinox. I'm sure some of you guys have seen it performed by OBT in the past. I've heard its contemporary movement, but thats all I've been told. I was hoping you guys could shed some more light on the piece.
Mel Johnson
As a general sort of note on Canfield's choreography, his work is eclectic, some would say derivative, rather influenced by the choreographic method of Gerald Arpino. A little bit of "Concerto Barocco", a little bit of Cirque du Soleil, a little bit of "Fancy Free", and so on.
