As I was browsing on the internet, I saw that American National Ballet in Duluth, MN closed in Oct. 06 due to lack of funds. The AD was Armando Maldonado who I knew years ago while he was in Texas. Another sad ending of a US company.

Armando was last-minute guest artist for Ballet San Antonio during Nutcracker season and we thoroughly enjoyed having him! He is quite a talented/energetic artist. I wish him well as he soldiers on. Very sad that ANB closed. Our ballet company took in its lowest amount ever this year. Very sad after such hard work and sacrifice by so many people.
