Hi all - as a longtime Guest reader I finally decided to register! I've danced for 12 years (so far), and was originally trained in Balanchine and later, Vaganova technique, in Louisiana and Texas, respectively. I've become very interested in different ballet syllabi and the dancers that they can produce.

I avidly follow NYCB and ABT, as well as PNB, whose dancers have so often graced my company's stage as guest artists.

I am moving to the Chicago area soon, and hope to soak up any ballet that is available there. I continue to take class and develop as a dancer, even though I'm no longer in a company.
