Valerie Taylor Barnes has just called to say that Hilary Ostler has died.
Ostler was long associated with DANCE MAGAZINE and recently with THE FINANCIAL TIMES.

Very sad news indeed. She wrote many beautiful articles about ballet. May she rest in peace. Condolences to her family and friends.

This is very sad. I enjoyed her reviews and used to see her about at the theater.
