Despite the fact that I paid for my subscription several months ago, I still have not received my subscription tickets. Moreover, this was an exact renewal of seats I have had for years. I called the subscription office and was told that they have not yet mailed out all subscription tickets. Not a good way to conduct business, in my opinion. Time to get their act together. Has anyone else received their subscription tixs yet?

I have two NYCB subscriptions and have received the tickets to both, as of yesterday.

They traditionally send the tickets only a few weeks before the season begins, regardless of when you order.

Mine arrived Wednesday and Thursday.

They always send them at the very last minute and after the box office opens. I have complained year after year to no effect.
