I'm glad you liked it. Actually, Miss Danilova was 55 here, as this is a sequence from the musical Oh, Captain! of 1958, and she was born in 1903-(know the date by heart...we share the same birthday!!...just a few years apart )

Tony Randall loved ballet from the minute he saw the Ballets Russes in his hometown (Kansas? OK?) as a child. He described his experience at a benefit for "Kaatsbaan" (in Tivoli, NY) back in the mid-90's. I imagine it was a real thrill for him to dance with Madam Danilova!
